This is a simple overview of my buying process! It might be different for others but this is exactly what I experienced.

I inspected the property May 28, made an offer May 29, offer was accepted May 30. The paperwork was completed by June 30!! ???? it took 1 month to finish the process ????

I’m incredibly grateful to have found the place and will do my best to take care of it like the original owner ???? it’s it’s awesome condition, it has been lived in by the same lovely couple for the last 60 years, and taken care of ????

I’m sharing this to give insights to my experience and hope it’s useful if you’re looking at doing the same thing ????
