How Does The Real Estate Agent Get Paid And What Do They Do?

In today's video, we’ll talk about how a real estate agent gets paid? And what do they do?

So imagine a pizza slice and that's how real estate works. Real estate agents will get a slice of pizza, not the whole 6% or 5%. Like many buyers and sellers would sink.

So real estate agents will split their commission in half between the buyer agency and the seller agency. Then the real estate agent will split the commission between the brokerage. Then the real estate agent will pay marketing fees, clothing, gifts, and promotions.

It all adds up in the end, the real estate agent will get a smaller slice of pizza, not the whole one.
