The reason we fail is the lack of knowledge and willingness to educate ourselves, when I became a realtor my goal was to educate myself as well as my community!! While we out here claiming “hoods” and “blocks” someone else is owning the whole block planning on moving you out in due time. Black people we gotta do better!! Hit that follow to stay educated
