The owner of the house in this video is AmericanHomes4Rent - one of the largest corporate landlords in America. They're selling this house in Las Vegas for $520,000 after owning in for a decade.

AmericanHomes4Rent, like many other Wall Street investors, bought a lot of houses in cities like Las Vegas for cheap during the last housing crash.

And now - more and more - they appear to be selling near the top of the market.

Is this an indication that the Housing Downturn could get worse in Las Vegas in 2024?
