I'm just coming at you from a home inspection out here in Suisun City, and I just want to stress to you how important it is to do a home inspection when purchasing a home.

Obviously, purchasing a home is going to be one of the most expensive purchases you're going to make in your life, and so, you just want to make sure you exercise your due diligence and just have an inspection done to find out if the home has any health and safety or structural items that would need to be addressed prior to the close of escrow, or even after the close of escrow.

Anyways, guys, don't skip this step. Just make sure that you take the time to do your inspections.
