Welcome back everyone !! Today's video " Harford County Realtor Smashes his leg filming ?"

Today while filming my Welcome Video I accidently smashed my leg on a guardrail. It makes for funny B roll however the moment I did it I was cussing up a storm. Not sure how Tom Cruise rand off after breaking his leg.

This is meant to be funny but the sad truth is all too often realtor don't retire. They die ????.

This is what happen to me 5 years ago when a realtor I knew died at 94 years old and the sad truth is she was showing homes the week before.

Each year I get notices from out board that a friend has died whether it be from old age or a health issue. Most times there is no retirement for realtors. Its just not in the cards. At no fault of the traditional brokerages however the model was never intended to help a realtor plan for retirement.

I had friends tell me that they were going to buy investment properties and start cash flowing rentals. That's a great idea however most cash flowing properties are 200 to 500 bucks per month if you are lucky. One major expense per year will wipe that away quickly. Then you have to deal with tenants, trash, evictions and the government controlling it all.

There is a better way.
