When it comes to listing a property, sellers often request that I personally show their house to prospective buyers. While I always want to be there to showcase the property, my primary goal is to attract buyers and bring them in, negotiate the sale, and close the deal. When a property is first listed, it's common to have a lot of interest from curious onlookers and nosy neighbors.
