Do you feel out of balance? Feng Shui is based on the principle of balance and in this video I give specific ways to help bring balance back into your life.
Here are a few examples.
--Lights symbolize the sun – good lighting and open up the curtains.
--Pleasing sounds from bells and wind chimes can instantly boost chi. Add some soft music to introduce calm.
--Living things like plants and animals represent nature, growth, and life force. Plants cleanse the air and animals stir up the chi.
--Mirrors are the aspirin of feng shui. Next to crystals they are the most prominent cures to facilitate moving the chi in your home.
--Heavy objects help to hold down the chi and root chi in a positive way.
--Colors have long been associated with powerful psychological effects and can change the energy within a room by its association with the elements. Like green is growth and stability, red is passion, and yellow is vitality.
