Nothing is more annoying than an agent that fails to answer their phone. They do not answer calls, text messages.. ever! If you want to succeed in this business, you need to be reliable and make sure you are communicating not just with your clients but also with agents, vendors, etc. The moment someone stops/doesn't communicate in real estate, is DEFINITELY a red flag!
