The client had a brief of 4 Bedroom House along with leisure spaces. From which he wanted 3 large size bedrooms. Moreover, his requirements included: A Large size drawing room, A dining space in connection with big size kitchen, A guest bedroom and a master bedroom on the ground floor, One car parking, A home theatre, A library & pooja space, A lift for easy vertical transition, And a servant room.
The client was bit worried about the shorter frontage & the narrow plot size. However, the expertise and experience of the architect helped in accommodating bunch of requirements in a mere floor space.
