When it comes to real estate photography settings, here's what you need to know! We shoot at ISO 320, which has been proven to provide minimal grain and noise in photos. For aperture, it's a debate between f-stop 8 and 11, but we prefer f-stop 9 as a nice middle ground.

Next up is shutter speed, which varies depending on the lighting conditions of each home. To capture a wide dynamic range, we use a five-shot bracketing technique with a starting exposure of -1 stop, ensuring we get optimal details in the final shots.

By shooting at -1 stop, we prioritize preserving details in areas like see-through windows, preventing overexposure. We prefer slightly darker shots over blown-out highlights. Our camera settings consist of ISO 320, f-stop 9, and a five-shot bracket with two-stop intervals.

To enhance the final results, we may also use pop flashes to illuminate see-through windows and maintain accurate colors without color casting. While additional techniques and settings can be applied, these basic settings of three-shot or five-shot brackets will get you started on capturing stunning real estate photos. #realestatephotography
