In St Johns County, you don't get a better deal if you come without a Realtor representing you. Commission is paid by the builder, and they factor that into their business plan. It will only benefit you to have representation through the long process with so much at stake. Make sure you reach out to us before visiting a new construction community before visiting so we can make sure the builder knows you will have representation!
