Property is one of the best strategies to build passive income in the United Kingdom. I get so many people asking me how passive it really is, and the truth is, I must spend an hour or two on my portfolio a month, so pretty passive.

This property is used as Serviced Accommodation where we rent it out on Airbnb and booking.com etc. Any guest damage, the sites cover as long as you can prove it which pretty much covers wear and tear. And a management company covers the cleans/linen, bookings, guest handling and maintenance.

All I do is input the data into a spreadsheet and track my expenses.
