Move over, Millennials — Baby Boomers are now leading the way in the housing market. Meanwhile, younger buyers are facing high rents, student loan debt, and rising childcare costs, making it tougher to afford a down payment. FOX 5's Linda Schmidt speaks with realtors and economists to break down the generational shift and what it means for the housing market.
