Thinking about selling your home? Before you sign anything, make sure you trust the agent you’re hiring and understand exactly what you’re agreeing to.

One of the most important questions to ask is, “What happens if I change my mind and don’t want to sell?”

Life happens. Circumstances change. A good agent will respect that and won’t hold you hostage in a listing agreement if your plans shift. Unfortunately, not every agent works that way.

Choose someone who will look out for you, communicate clearly, and prioritize your best interests every step of the way.
