Built with purpose and presence, the home's layout was not only shaped by architectural expertise—but also guided by the wisdom of a Jakarta-based Feng Shui master, harmonizing space, energy, and soul.

Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this home balances functionality with intention. From the calming English green and creamy beige palette to the soaring double-height ceilings, every corner reveals balance and flow. Andri’s feng shui consultant even made an accurate prediction about his own family’s future—proof that this home is as spiritual as it is structural!

The indoor-outdoor living space is framed by a custom marble dining table and a wraparound sofa that invites slow mornings and deep conversations. Step out into the backyard courtyard and you’ll find a 40m² lounge with a bespoke tile pattern, cozy nook, and a clever glass block wall that dissolves boundaries and expands space.

Design harmony continues upstairs, where the ceiling void can be opened to allow cross-ventilation, welcoming Bali’s natural breeze.
