Abu Dhabi residents rejoice! A new shopping, dining and entertainment destination has opened its doors. A project of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi and Al Barakah International Investment, Al Qana offers many facilities and leisure options to residents and visitors. Read on to learn more about this exciting new waterfront attraction in Abu Dhabi.

The area is home to a gorgeous waterfront promenade with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. An aquarium, a health and wellness centre and various restaurants and cafes are already open, while many are set to debut in the near future.

A standout attraction in the neighbourhood is the awe-inspiring aquarium. Spanning over 5000 square metres, the National Aquarium is home to a vast array of marine animals. Visitors can explore over 300 species of fish and 46,000 plus animals, including birds, amphibians, reptiles and arachnids. The aquarium features 60+ exhibitions, interactive underwater shows, scuba diving, and feeding sessions.

MARINA

One of the most prominent attractions at this development in Abu Dhabi is Marina, with 106 boat berths. Marina offers a Riviera-style experience where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the spectacular marina views.

Visitors can also be a part of thrilling water sports activities available at Al Qana. Marina features cafes and restaurants where visitors can enjoy mouthwatering seafood, snacks and refreshing beverages.
