After a couple of years of Covid-related isolation, we're all slowly getting back in touch with each other.

It may take a bit longer for some of us than others, but whatever your pace, it doesn't matter if you're measuring your daily qi/energy. Alone time is great, but too much of it can lead to feeling isolated and invite in depressed qi.

In today's video, Are you Feeling Lonely?, I offer a gentle reminder of the Eastern mindset and action you can take when your Qi isn't as bright as you'd like it to be.

Feeling supported is an important Feng Shui concept. Feeling supported allows us shine our energy out into the world. Imagine if everyone felt supported? What a wonderful world we'd live in!
