This does not mean that I don’t ask questions or educate. Quite the opposite actually but these are conversations between YOU and your LENDER. That’s why I partner with great lenders who will also educate you on loan options and the impact that downpayment and credit score have on your interest rate.

I’m on my 4th transaction with a past client now and I literally have 0 idea what they make or how much ???? they have…and it’s none of my business. What is my business is getting them the property they are after for the best price.

Questions I may ask could be…

????How long do you plan to stay this home?
????What % of the purchase price do you plan on putting down?
????Have you gotten pre-approved?
????Do know your budget?
????Do we need to have the seller contribute towards closing costs?
