A Tahlequah, Oklahoma woman has been arrested and charged in Wisconsin on federal charges of sexual abuse crimes involving a minor. 24-year-old Randi L. Cook is facing charges of interstate travel with intent to engage in a sexual act with a minor, production of child pornography, and coercing or enticing a minor for unlawful sexual activity.

A criminal complaint alleges that Cook started communicating with a minor in northeast Wisconsin between November 7 and December 16. She allegedly convinced the child to send her sexually explicit images of their privates online.

The complaint alleges that Cook traveled to Wisconsin more than once and sexually abused the victim at a hotel or short-term rental property. #News #Crime #OK #WI
