When putting your property for sale, you may be confused why your agent wants to list your property for less than what it’s worth.

It’s because having a lower price point typically attracts more home buyers and gives them more chances to fall in love with your home.

???? If enough people are interested in your home, then there can be a chance of a bidding war and the home can get several offers above the listing price!

Likewise, just because you see a home on the MLS for a really low price, it doesn’t mean you’re going to be able to buy it for cheap!

The seller isn’t required to sell the home, even if they get a full offer at asking price.

⏰ If you want to get a home for a low price, I recommend looking at listings that have been on the market for over a month.

This way, you’ll know that there are less people who are actively bidding on the property.
