Congrats to my client, Selena, for closing on her new construction home!

When she came to me with a desire for a new home without breaking the bank, I was able to negotiate a $12,000 ????price reduction on a new build (WHICH THEY DONT TYPICALLY DO) and had the BUILDER cover her $11,000 + in closing costs.
